Scheduled to participate in the announcement and signing are: Dr. Allana Hamilton, president, Jackson State; Mike Krause, executive director, Tennessee Higher Education Commission; Dr. Flora Tydings, chancellor, Tennessee Board of Regents; and Dr. Keith Carver, chancellor, UT Martin.
